8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayo
4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
2 Tbsp. minced onion (or sliced green onion)
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
Microwave cream cheese for 30 seconds on 50% power. Mix in mayo, cheese, and onion until blended. Spoon into casserole dish or pie plate. Microwave for 4 minutes on high. Top with bacon and crackers. Serve with Wheat Thins.
