1/2 c. mayo
1 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 c. cubed potatoes, cooked and cooled
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/3 c. dill pickle relish
Mix first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix lightly. Refrigerate.
