GRITS' Crockpot Pulled Pork Sandwiches

PORK:
Pork Butt Shoulder
Root Beer
Salt and Pepper
BBQ Sauce

Cover your pork butt with a good layer of salt and pepper and a little garlic salt. Put your pork butt in the crock pot on HIGH and set the timer for 8 hours. Pour root beer into crock pot until it's about 1/2 way up the pork. Cover. Flip pork over about half way through. At the end of the 8 hours, shred up the pork with two forks and cover with your favorite sauce.

SLAW:
thinly shredded cabbage
salt and pepper
1 tsp. celery seed
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. mayo
1/4 c. cider vinegar

Put it all in a jar and shake it up. Give it time to sit.
