1 (32 oz) bag shredded hash browns, thawed
1 stick butter, melted
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (16 oz) container sour cream
1 (8 oz) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Topping:
2 c. cornflakes, crushed
1/2 stick butter, melted
Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased 9x13 casserole dish. Bake 20 minutes, then add topping and drizzle with butter. Continue to bake 20-40 minutes, covered with aluminum foil.
