Crockpot Italian Chicken

1 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 (8 oz.). pkg. mushrooms, sliced
1 (8 oz.) pkg. baby bellas, sliced
1 pkg. Italian dressing mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free cream cheese
1 Tbsp. light butter
1 c. white wine
1 c. fat-free chicken broth
2 tsp. paprika
salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter over medium heat.  Add Italian dressing mix.  Stir in cream cheese, wine, and chicken broth until melted and fully combined.  Place mushrooms in bottom of crock pot.  Season both sides of chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.  Place chicken on top of mushrooms.  Pour sauce over chicken breasts.  Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours.
