Skinny Buffalo Chicken Dip

So, I love a good buffalo chicken dip.  In fact, my traditional recipe is posted on this blog.  However, last week I was looking for all of the taste with a few less calories.  Fortunately, Gimme Some Oven did not let me down!  I based my recipe off her skinny version with a few modifications.  I calculated about 8 servings at 5 WW Points+ for those following that program.

4 oz. 1/3 less fat cream cheese
1 c. plain non-fat Greek yogurt
1 c. part skim shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Frank's Red Hot Buffalo sauce
1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese
1 Tbsp. Hidden Valley Ranch dip/dressing mix
2 10 oz. cans of chicken breast in water

Preheat oven to 350.  Mix ingredients together.  Transfer to a greased dish and bake for 30 minutes.  You could also heat this in the slow cooker.
