Pumpkin Banana Bread

I love pumpkin bread and am also fond of banana bread, but had never thought to combine the two.  Recently, a friend's father passed away and I was looking for something I could make to take to the family with what I had on hand.  A little Pinterest searching and, voila!  I found this pumpkin banana bread recipe and was pleasantly surprised at the results.  It makes a great breakfast and keeps well.  I'd add nuts if I was making it for myself, and I think it would make great muffins too.

2 ripe bananas
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1 c. pumpkin puree
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350.  Grease loaf pans (I used two smaller ones).  In a stand mixer, combine bananas and sugar.  Add eggs one at a time then mix in oil and pumpkin.  In a small bowl, mix together remaining dry ingredients.  Add the dry mixture slowly to the pumpkin mixture.  Bake for 70-80 minutes.
