Sandpiper Reef Key Lime Pie

Unfortunately Sandpiper Reef, a favorite local restaurant, has been closed for a few years now.  We miss it lots and have many great memories there.  One of my favorite things was their key lime pie, and luckily Liz (former chef/owner) decided to share her wonderful recipe in our local paper recently!

Classic Key Lime Pie

   10 egg yolks
   28 oz. condensed milk
   1 c. Key Lime juice

   Beat egg yolks, add remaining ingredients (mixing lightly until blended). Pour into a
   graham cracker crust and bake at 350°F. approximately 15 minutes. Do not over-bake!     
   I use a deep-dish glass pan for this.
