
4-5 boneless skinless chicken breast tenders
taco seasoning
1 can Ro-Tel Lime and Cilantro
1/2 block cream cheese
2 Tbsp. ranch dressing
salt
pepper
3 flour tortillas
1/2 pkg. shredded cheese
Season chicken with taco seasoning and bake on 350 for about 20 minutes. Shred finely and mix with Ro-Tel. Add softened cream cheese and ranch. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture, roll burrito style, and place into a glass baking dish. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350. Top with shredded cheese and bake an additional 3-5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
