2 sticks butter, softened
3/4 c. packed light brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
10 oz. chocolate chips
1 bag Oreos
Preheat oven to 350. In mixer, cream butter and sugars together. Add eggs and vanilla until well combined. In separate bowl, mix flour, salt, and baking soda. Slowly add to wet ingredients with chocolate chips until just combined. Using a cookie scoop, place one scoop of dough on each side of Oreo. Press edges together to enclose Oreo with dough. Bake 9-13 minutes.
