Prosciutto Wrapped Stuffed Chicken

chicken breasts
string cheese
prosciutto
fresh basil
sun-dried tomatoes

Pound chicken breasts thin. Stuff with string cheese (1/2 per tender), basil, and sun-dried tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Roll and wrap with prosciutto. Bake 20-30 minutes at 425.
