Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

1 pkg. (6 oz.) stuffing mix for chicken
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
12 slices smoked ham, chopped
6 slices Swiss cheese


Heat oven to 375. Prepare stuffing as directed on package. Mix soup and mustard in medium bowl; stir in chicken and ham. Spoon into 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese and stuffing. Bake 35 to 40 min. or until heated through.
