Blue Eyed Bride's Layered Lemon Delight

Crust:
1 c. flour
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. pecans, finely chopped

Mix well and spread in 9 x 13 baking dish.  Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until slightly browned.  Let cool completely.

Layer 1:
1 c. Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix well and spread over cooled crust.

Layer 2:
2 egg yolks
juice of 2 lemons
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Stir together and pour over first layer.

Layer 3:
Top with a layer of Cool Whip and garnish (lemon slices, zest, chopped pecans, etc.).  Refrigerate until served.
