Layered Oreo Delight

1 pkg. Oreos
1/2 c. butter
1 large box instant chocolate pudding (+ ingredients)
2 (8 oz.) containers Cool Whip, thawed
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar

Crush Oreos.  Save 1/2 cup to sprinkle on top.  Melt butter and mix with Oreo crumbs.  Press into bottom of 9 x 13 pan to make a crust.  Make chocolate pudding according to package directions and chill in fridge.  In mixer, blend cream cheese then add powdered sugar.  Fold in one tub of Cool Whip.  To Oreo crust with cream cheese mixture, pudding, and remaining tub of Cool Whip.  Sprinkle reserved Oreo crumbs on top.  Cover and refrigerate.
