1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained
1/2 c. Roma tomato, diced
1/2 c. cucumber, diced
1/8 c. black or Kalamata olives, sliced
1/8 c. red onion, diced
2 oz. feta, crumbled
Dressing:
1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/4 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
Salt and pepper
Combine salad ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix dressing ingredients in shaker. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Chill.
