1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
2 c. (1 pint) cold half-and-half
1 3.9 oz. pkg. chocolate instant pudding/pie filling
1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preheat oven to 350. Roll out dough to 12 in. circle on pizza pan or press into 13 x 9 baking dish. Bake 12-15 minutes until edge is set. Cool 10 minutes. Mix cream cheese and sugar until well blended and set aside. Whisk together half-and-half and pudding mix for 2 minutes and let stand 5 minutes until thickened. Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled cookie. Spread pudding over cream cheese. Sprinkle with nuts.
