1 1/3 c. flour1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. granulated sugar, divided
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) cold butter
1 c. oats
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3 eggs
1 15 oz. can pumpkin
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 13 x 9 baking dish. Mix flour, brown sugar, and 1/4 c. sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in oats and pecans. Reserve 1 c. of the oat mixture. Press remaining mixture onto bottom of pan. Bake 15 minutes. Beat cream cheese, 1/2 c. sugar, eggs, pumpkin, and pumpkin pie spice with mixer. Pour over crust and sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 25 minutes.
