1 18 oz. pkg. refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough1/2 box Thin Mint cookies (~ 20)
1/2 c. white chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. heavy cream or half-and-half
Preheat oven to 350. Line a 12" pizza pan or 13 x 9 baking dish with parchment. Press cookie dough to fit the pan using fingers. Break cookies into quarters and gently press then into the dough. Bake 15-20 minutes until golden brown and let cool. Whisk together chocolate chips and cream until chocolate melts in a double boiler. Drizzle over cooled pizza using a fork.
