Easy Chicken Cordon Bleu

1 pkg. chicken flavored stuffing mix
6 small boneless skinless chicken breast tenders (~1 1/2 lb.)
6 slices ham
1 can cream of chicken
1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
6 slices Swiss cheese

Preheat oven to 400. Prepare stuffing mix as directed and set aside. Place chicken in 13 x 9 baking dish and cover with ham. Mix soup and mustard and spoon over chicken. Top with prepared stuffing. Bake 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Top with cheese. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
