Oven-Fried Chicken Cutlets

1/3 c. butter, melted
1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. Ritz crumbs (~44 crackers)
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
4 chicken breast cutlets (~1 1/4 lb.)

Stir first 5 ingredients together. Combine creaker crumbs and cheese. Dip chicken in butter mixture and dredge in cracker crumb mixture. Place on foil-lined baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 25-20 minutes.
