1 1/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 4)1 lb. pkg. sliced bacon
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. chili powder
Preheat oven to 350. Cut chicken breasts into 1 inch cubes. Cut bacon slices into thirds. Wrap each chicken cube in bacon and secure with toothpick. Stir together brown sugar and chili powder. Dredge wrapped chicken in mixture. Place chicken wraps on rack in broiler pan, coated with cooking spray. Bake 30-35 minutes until bacon is crisp.
