Italian Sausage Soup


3 sweet Italian sausage links, out of casing and crumbled
1/2 lrg. onion, chopped
12-15 baby carrots, chopped
1 med. zucchini, chopped
1/2 pkg. mushrooms, sliced
1 can diced Italian-style tomatoes
1 can cannellini beans
2 cans chicken broth
1 1/2-2 c. water
1/2 box pasta (penne, farfalle, tri-color rotini, etc.)
salt
pepper
Italian seasoning
Lowry's season salt
garlic powder

Brown sausage and onion. Transfer to pot and add remaining ingredients. Simmer and add seasonings to taste.
