1 c. water
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
spaghetti sauce
shredded mozzarella
Combine the first 4 ingredients and place in muffin tins. Top each mini-meatloaf with spaghetti sauce. Bake 30 minutes at 375. Top with shredded cheese and bake 5 more minutes until cheese is melted.
