Spinach Dip


1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
16 oz. sour cream
1 c. mayo
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 can water chesnuts, chopped
1/2 bag baby carrots, chopped
3 green onions, chopped

Combine ingredients and chill. Serve with crackers or pita chips.
