Poppyseed Chicken


8-10 chicken breast tenders, cooked and chopped
16 oz. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2-3 Tbsp. poppyseeds
2 cans sliced mushrooms
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted

Combine first 5 ingredients and bake in a casserole dish for 20 minutes at 350. Top with crushed Ritz and pour melted butter over the crackers. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
